Sensing Valves TV / TVN

Schmalz has developed the TV / TVN Sensing Valves for applications where some of the suction pads may not always be in contact with the work piece. In these situations the valve controls the vacuum line to the suction pad only opening it if a work piece is detected by a mechanical sensor.

The intelligent valve however does not react if the suction pad is only partially in contact with the work piece. This energy-efficient and compact sensing valve has a rated flow from 12 litres /min to 160 litres /min and may be installed in any orientation.
