SGN 120 Flat Suction Pads

Developed for the handling of work pieces that are considerably narrower than the suction pad (such as metal bars, parquet blocks), the Schmalz Flat Suction Pads SGN 120 are designed for optimal performance in the handling of flat work pieces.

The SGN flat pad is able to achieve this with a robust and wear-resistant suction pad with single sealing lip, connection nipple that has been vulcanised to the suction pad as well as a nipple with male thread for additional holding properties.

• Suited for narrow work pieces with a minimum width 25 mm
• Diameter (Ø) from 20 mm to 100 mm
• Extremely flat sealing lip for work pieces of varying widths, even those narrower than the suction pad diameter
• Constructed from special materials: Epichlor-H rubber ECO for high resistance to chemicals
