Suction Plates SHF: Suction area (Ø) from 125 mm to 210 mm

Round suction plate for handling of sheets, furniture elements, parquet and similar large, flat work pieces and for the secure handling of wooden parts with rough surfaces.

Equipped with a soft sealing lip for optimal adaptation to uneven work piece surfaces
Double internal sealing edge for good sealing on rough and smooth surfaces
Specifically structured lower surface

Highly dynamic movement and short cycle times
Modular design enables quick gasket without tools

Suction Plates SPC: Suction area (Ø) from 160 mm to 250 mm

Round suction plate for handling and separation of flat, porous work pieces, including those with a “suck-through" effect.

Special suction pad for flat, porous work pieces, such as sheets of MDF and hardboard
Double sealing lip for secure handling
Separation function by applying a compressed air pulse
Prevents porous work pieces from sticking together

Overcomes the self-adhesion during unstacking of sheets
Low internal volume - very short cycle times
High suction forces in spite of small dimensions

Flat Suction Pads SHFN: Suction area (Ø) from 50 mm to 85 mm

Round, flat suction pad for handling of furniture parts, parquet flooring, laminated and unlaminated chipboard, suitable for rough operating conditions and for the handling of objects with very rough surfaces with a sealing ring made of special foam.

Suitable for work pieces with very rough surfaces
Soft sealing lip for optimal adaptation to uneven work piece surfaces
Sealing lip with inner sealing edge for secure handling on rough and smooth surfaces

Specifically structured lower surface of pad suitable for highly dynamic operations and short cycle times
Dirt filter for exceptionally dusty surroundings
Sealing ring made of special foam (optional)
