SPF Flat Suction Pads

Schmalz has developed the round, flat suction pad for usage in cardboard box and tray erectors and for the handling of cardboard and rigid packaging in top-loading and side-loading machines. The SPF suction pad is ideal for palletising and depalletising processes and other heavy-duty applications that require suction pads with excellent sealing and low wear.

This round flat suction pad SPF has a soft, flexible sealing lip and supporting ribs on the suction surface which have a diameter range of 20 to 50 mm. Constructed of wear-proof material Elastodur ED-65 for long-lasting performance, models with diameter up to 30 mm also feature plug-in connection element for quick change of suction pads.
